As a caterer, I brought some Hawaiian Punch and helped serve food for my fellow classmates alongside other caterers. I served "croquetas" as well as ham,cheese, and crackers. A moment that piqued my interest was when the acting committee replicated the scene where Bella chastened Jacob and projected her ire as physical violence. The party was amazingly planned and I hope this experience can be repeated.

For Bella's birthday I was a caterer. I brought along two lemon pepper rotisserie chickens from Publix. I as well was observing the food table making sure that every student had no indignation on the amount if food received or type of food given. I mostly enjoyed watching my fellow classmates as characters from Breaking Dawn. It was an overall great party and hopefully this will allow us another opportunity to repeat such an event.

As a caterer for Bella's birthday I bought Guava and Cheese bread from Publix. I was wary when it came to choosing what to buy since it had to relate to the book, I decided to go for the bread since the guava being red symbolizes the blood that ran through Bella’s’ veins at the beginning of the book. Throughout the party although I did not serve the food, I did enjoy it. My favorite part I would have to say was the balloon popping at the end; even though my balloon didn’t pop it was fun trying to.

As a caterer for Bella's birthday party, I brought two boxes of delicious , scrumptious Lasagna. I also helped by passing it out, one by one to anyone who wanted. My favorite party moment was the fight between Bella and Jacob. It was hilarious to see "Bella" yell and reach for Jacob's throat as he rankled her without intension. The skit was very entertaining, and the actors did an amazing job.

As a decorator for Bella's party, I had plenty of tasks to complete in order to have a successful event. These tasks consisted of preparing the tables in which our vampires, werewolfs, and human guests would feast, and organizing the plates and silverware. My fellow companions and I also made sure we had the perfect amount of balloons, in which I caught Renesmee fiddling around with. My favorite party moment was when we ate and I had a chance to interact with the guest. This was a party no one will ever rue!

During the preparation for Bella's Birthday Party I signed up for the catering committee. In the catering committee we had to cook/bake/buy food and ring it on Friday. The catering committee was also in charge of serving food to all the guest and making sure they didn't over indulge themselves. The party itself was incredible but I have to say that my favorite part was watching Rosalie's animosity toward the humans; I also enjoyed our test in a version of a Bingo game.

As an actor, I portrayed the antagonistic Irina. Having taken 2 years of Drama I was pretty sure I wouldn't be nervous of anything. The party was a blast! (Lots of food! :D) I found it most enjoyable when I was writing my monologue, and presenting it to the class. Having a hatred (I can say that this hate has lessened) for the saga, the feelings were mutual. Personally, my favorite part of the party was the food.....I'm joking, everything was simply wonderful!

Reinacting as Edward from Twilight, I was clearly an actor. I acted my part by constantly getting ire with Jacob (Maaz S.) and battling him constantly. Also, I had to act out the scene when Bella (Emily A.) attacks Jacob for imprinting on Renesmee. My favorite moment of the party was being able to eat the brownies but the Cuban bread ran out unfortunately.

My favorite part of the whole party, however, had to be whenever Jacob came into proximity with any of the vampires and we'd grimace at the "smell." Happy 19th birthday Bella!

For Bella's Birthday I was Emmett (The formidable guy) :p. My job was to make fun of Bella's and Edward's passion for each other, and then arm wrestle Bella like it happens in the book. I enjoyed the party, the acting, and the bingo.
ReplyDeleteAs a part of the catering crew, I helped bake and decorate a set of cake pops with Dianna, Janessa, Annie, and Jenny. It was quite frustrating to decorate them, since we had tremendous trouble making them appear smooth and appetizing. They were incredibly feeble and, much to our chagrin,kept falling apart and sliding off the sticks. To top it all off, none of us had any previous baking experience and it´s a miracle we got most of the cake pops to survive. I have to give it up to the actors though, who did an amazing job with their skit. It was actually very believable and I was surprised how well cast they all were, especially Bella and Edward. Their scene was without a doubt my favorite part of the party, though eating the food came in a very close second!

As a part of the catering committee, I was in charge of bringing the Doritos for the party. I came up with Doritos because in the book Paul is eating Doritos in Jacobs’s house. Choosing the right bag made me wary, but at the end I bought a red bag of cheese Doritos, that were for the werewolves while the blue ranch Doritos were for the vampires, if they could eat. My favorite part was playing bingo.

For Bella's birthday party, I had to play the part of Leah Clearwater. The acting committee created an amusing skit to entertain the class. For my costumes I wore a plaid top with ripped jeans and I picked my hair up in a ponytail (Leah has extremely short hair while I on the other hand have long hair and there was no way I was going to cut it). As Leah I had to appear tough, annoyed by the fact that I'm stuck at Bella's birthday party, and be loyal towards my fellow werewolves (shapeshifters). I feel I did rather well staying in character. During the party I stayed near Seth, shot occasional looks of disgust or annoyance towards the vampires, and, several times, referred to Renesmee as "that filthy half-breed"

As a decorator for Bella's Bday Bash, I helped in transforming the room from just a regular plain space to a marvelous scenario. The table cloth's we're black and white like a checker board to somewhat resemble the cover of the book.(Senyah's splendid idea!) All the decorations we're set up and placed around the room, and everything turned out beautiful. My favorite party moment is quite challenging to pinpoint. It was, either, when Bella and Rosalie went crazy looking for Renesmee, who had mysteriously disappeared, or the making of the wedding dresses utilizing toiler paper. In the end, there was a formidable applause and Edward's team one that challenge. Bella Bday bash was a success!

For Bella's birthday party I chose to be a caterer. I bought chips and dip and also helped to serve different varieties of potato chips with two other classmates. My favorite party moment was when the Cullens and the werewolves helped resolve the problem between Bella and Jacob that was caused when he had called Renesmee "Nessie", knowing that Bella dislikes that nickname strongly. That was my favorite party moment because after their issue was solved, the party finally began and everyone was happy again!

I helped blow up balloons and hang them on the wall, and i also helped set tables. As part of the catering committee, I assisted Annie, Daniela, Jenny, and Janessa in baking the cake pops. The fact that the pops were quite feeble and easily damaged made every bit of decorating a difficult task. Even though they weren't as professional looking as they're portrayed on TV and cook books, they still tasted pretty good :) Overall the party was quite a success. The decorations were spectacular and the actors were incredible. All the performers fit the role and perfectly depicted each of the Twilight characters. In a matter of seconds the class had devoured the palatable food. It seemed like the food was the best part but i believe it was second to the amazing skit! :)

I thought I was very Bella like considering its a very simple appetizer. My favorite part of the party, aside form not having to eat the nasty cafeteria food, was having to play the part. Since I was in the wearwolf side I would always be "fighting" with C.Rod(Rosalie). Even though sometimes I thought she would find me a littile rankle. All in all I thought the party went great ! For Bella's birthday bash I participated as a member of the catering group. My fellow team members and I worked together to create a symbolic menu that represented Breaking Dawn. My part was to create cake pops along with Janessa, Annie, Dianna and Daniela. We were inexperienced bakers but we gave it our all as we made feeble but tasty pops. My favorite part of the birthday bash was sitting amongst the supernatural like Edward, Emmett and Jacob. All the actors created a very special Breaking Dawn mood for everyone.

ReplyDeleteIn Bella’s Birthday Bash I was gladly part of the catering committee. I had brought the 20 compotes (baby food flavored mango and apple) for Renesmee and the fruit punch exemplifying blood for vampires. I personally had a splendid time serving drinks and distributing food to my classmates (vampires, wolf pack, and humans) to mitigate their hunger; they were indeed famished, as well as eating myself. Those Red Velvet cupcakes Sashalie made were just too delectable, yummy. My favorite part was when Alice transformed Bella’s complexion and vestments, spectacular, and our Ch. 29-30 quiz in form of Bingo with the Smarties as counters. Overall I had a pleasurable time, who wouldn’t with such great family? :)

For Bella's birthday bash, I was a caterer with Daniela, Dianna, Jenny, and Janessa. We baked (or tried to bake) cake pops for the party. We were all wary of the outcome of the pops since we had zero experience in baking... But much to my surprise, they were palatable! I also adored the acting committee as they appeared and acted exactly as the characters would. I think the actors and the rest of the caterers did a fantastic job. Enjoying the food at my table with my group of friends and watching the actors perform were my favorite.

As a member of the catering communitee, the night before the day of the party, I fled to Walmart to buy two bags of potato chips. The next day, I woke up anxiously at the proximity of Bella's Birthday Bash. I was one of the three in charge of serving the chips. My favorite fragment of the party was when Ms. Curbelo was being restrained by Seth, while she was trying to come at Bella; That was hilarious! All the actors did a magnificent job. A minor accident happened when Bryan tipped over his drink and it almost spilled on me which caused me to become very wary of my surroundings. ReplyDeleteBeing part of the decorating group I contributed by providing the luminous switch on candels. Together with the group I also helped in coming up with our theme colors that supported each group og people attending. Red for vampires, white for humans, and brown for wolves. Unfortunately i was unable to attend the party due to my compulsory attendence at the pep-rally. All in all, i heard the party with a blast !
My job for Bella's birthday party was decorator and basically what you do is self explanatory by the word "decorator"; you decorate the party. Being decorator was a difficult job because you have to choose the colors and different decorations that suit the theme of the party, but has to also satisfy the people. You want to make the party look attractive and fun or the guests will find it boring. Choosing the colors for the theme was extremely difficult because we had to find certain colors that applied to each character. My favorite part about the entire party was eating the food, obviously. Eating food and talking to the guests were the best part about the party. Needless to say, Bella's birthday party was the perfect way to mitigate from all of the work we do in C.Rod's class ;);)

For Bella's birthday party, I was part of the decorating committee. I played a role in the planning of the party's theme, as well as in the planning of the things that were to be bought. I also helped create the invitations to the event and helped set up before the party. It was really a group effort, rather than one imperious leader doing it all. For Bella's birthday bash I was part of the acting committee. I played the role of Esme. To get ready for this role I had to prepare myself, not only physically but also mentally. I'm usually a very upbeat and talkative person while Esme is sort of more calm and graceful. So I had to prepare myself to take on that role. Not only that, but I also had to get accustomed to Angel being my "husband" because he played Carlisle. I also had to dress up like Esme would normally dress; simple but elegant. My all time favorite party moment was when "Bella" (Natalie Perez) as a newborn vampire chased the scent of a human (Jasmine Rodriguez)and Jasmine ended up running. I also loved the food and the decorations; the caterers and decorators were amazing. I also loved watching Ms. Rodriguez play Rosalie and Ms. Curbelo play Leah Cleerwater, growling at any vampire that came into sight. She definitely showed the antagonistic side of herself which I never thought she had because she is always so sweet and calm. Pretty much, I LOVED Bella's birthday bash!

It was a great party but my most cherished part of it was when Bella attacked Jacob for having imprinted upon Renesmee and bruised his sinews. I was an actor for Bella's birthday party and I actually had the role of playing Bella. In the book, Bella's wearing a blue dress that Alice gave her so I decided to wear one too. I wore sneakers to still show that Bella, although she had changed, she was still the same person. My job was to accurately portray her character. Her awkwardness was fairly easy to act out but her gracefulness wasn't, especially since I can barely walk without tripping over my own two feet. So not vampire-like. All the other actors did a stellar job! My favorite part was the constant ire between the werewolves and vampires. Especially Rosalie and Jacob with their petulant remarks towards one another. Those cake pops were absofreakinglutely awesome and the room looked amazing. Everyone worked together to host such an incredible birthday.

I was a caterer for Bella's bday bash. To complete my task I brought in "Blood shots". Obviously they were not alcohol, they were jello shots in tiny cups. Everyone seemed to enjoy them so I'm happy. My favorite part was the food, but also the acting. I liked how Rosalie and Jacob were always in an antagonistic mood. The food on the floor was definitely a hit. Kudos :)

I was an actor for the party and I played the role of Charlie , Bella's father. In the novel Charlie is usually very oblivious to everything and very unaware. For my part I was just standing there in the party having some chips and soda. Also when the fight went on and Bella showed animosity towards Jacob I backed off. The food was amazing even though i couldn't eat for the rest of the day. All in all the party was great and we had lots of fun!

For Bella's Birthday Bash, I was an actor portraying and/or depicting Rosalie. I dressed up exactly like she would, behaved as she would and basically stayed in her particular mindset throughout the entire party. I held hands with my husband Emmett, carried and cared for and fed Renesmee, made sure to look at my reflection constantly in my hand mirror, and was even piqued by Jacob consistently (we traded nicknames and teased each other). Furthermore, during the party, I only drank the "blood" that was being served as that was the only sustenance we Cullens had.

For Bella's birthday bash, I was an actor who had the role of playing Alice. To prepare myself for this role, I had to think and do everything as Alice would. I made my movements more graceful and my voice more cheery and optimistic.I also dressed as Alice would dress; as fashionable as ever. In the skit our class performed, my role was to escort Bella to her surprise party and enjoy myself while seeing the future. My favorite part of the party would have to be when my fellow vampires and I would occasionally thirst for blood. It definitely piqued my interest. Also, when I called Emily by her name instead of Bella. I couldn't stop laughing. This whole party was an excellent experience and i would enjoy the privilege of doing something similar in the future.

I contributed at bellas birthday party by helping out with the decorations and helping set up the tables where our class mates were sitting. i was working in the decorating committee and also helped out by providing money to help buy the supplies for decorations. My favorite part of the party was eating. The chicken that Eric had brought was mouth watering even though it disappeared in less than 5 minutes. The party was exciting, josue was rankling me a bit by putting the fake rennesmee baby in everyones face but other than that the party was absolutely outstanding.

i contributed to the party by acting like Carlisle for the actors group. in order to complete my task i was to dress as Carlisle and perform with my group (just run up to the feeble looking Seth when Bella pushed him down and check for any damage to the collarbone. ReplyDeletethe way i contributed to the party was by acting like Esme. i came dressed as Sam, because i was told that i was going to act like Sam but at the last minute the group told me that i had to be Esme, since they figured out that Sam was not in the scene so i had to be esme -_-. my favorite part of the party was the food. it was really good.
ReplyDeleteFor Bella's birthday party, I was an actor and played the role of Emmett. As an actor, I participated in a skit in which we, the actors, incorporated ideas from chapter 24 and minor details from other chapters. Our skit was of Bella coming to her party and ending up attacking Jacob when she finds out that he imprinted. She then hurts Seth, when he jumped in front of Jacob. My favorite party moment was playing BINGO. I enjoyed thinking back about the characters. I tied the fact that our skit did not turn out as planned, but we still tried. If we would have done as well as we had practiced, then the skit would've been my favorite party moment.

The party was awesome. I had fun making Bella's wedding dress out of toilet paper! Being part of the acting committee, I took on the role of Bella. Our group was able to entertain the class by acting out specific scenes in the book such as when Alice gave Bella her present or when Bella and Emmett arm wrestled.

I had a great time! I participated in catering, bringing in cupcakes for Bella's Birthday event. Creating Bella's wedding dress with toilet paper would have to be my favorite part of this event. It was extremely creative and fun! There was no rue in how this party could have been better. Everbody did a great job in doing their part. :)

I had a really great time being a caterer for Bella's birthday party. I made pancake batter the night before and a few class mates helped me cook them before the party. The part I enjoyed most at the party was Emmet's indignation when he lost the arm wrestling match against Bella.
ReplyDeleteI was a decorator for Bella's party. I was in charge of picking up the money to be used for the decorations and to deliver it to my fellow group mates. I also helped with the planning. My favorite part had to be the toilet paper wedding dress competition. The entire event gave a pique to my senses.
ReplyDeleteParticipating as Jacob in the party was very enjoyable for me. My comfortable outfit freed the sinews of my body from the school uniform and I enjoyed acting out my role throughout the party. Although the acting portion of the party was quite entertaining, it wasn't so much amusing as the toilet-paper dress-up you allowed for some of us to compete in. Thanks for doing this party, keep being great teachers.

My role in Bella's birthday party was being part of the decorating committee. I was in charge as well with another of my peer to purchase the decorations for the party. I have to say that was an awesome party. I was so pleased with how the room looked, I know that my peers and I worked really hard to make Bella's birthday party special and memorable. The part that I enjoyed most was the toilet paper wedding dress. My friends described me as antagonist by the way I was running and barking at them as i was putting toilet paper on the model. I had my eyes on the prize even though we didn't win. I really enjoyed the experience thank you so much.

As a caterer for Bella's birthday party, I was assigned to bring in guava and cheese pastelitos. At the party, I helped neatly arrange our buffet from plates down all the way to sweets. My favorite part of Bella's party was making the pancakes. I had to be very wary about the stove since it was so hot and the proximity of my hands to the stove was close especially when flipping the pancakes. We shared a lot of guffaws as a catering team when making the pancakes, we had a lovely time.

My role in Bella's birthday party was being part of the decorating comitee. We had so much fun decorating the room with lights, flowers, chandeliers and so much confettii. My favorite part was watching the actors and their show. I think that the party stimulates us to want to read and learn more, it makes learning a very fun experience. I loved the proximity we had with the characters of Breaking Down, the actors made it feel like the real ones were really there.

As part of the catering commitee I brought plates and eating utencils. The whole party was adorable and I Loved the decorations! All the actors stayed in role and without even mentioning who they played their acting really portrayed their character. The food was delicious, I didn't know where to begin or even when to stop. I rue over eating lunch, I should of brought a completely empty stomach!

I took part of the catering commitee by providing cups and napkins. My contribution to the party wasent overall the biggest but it was essential to serve the blood (Hawaiian punch). Our meal reminded me of bella's first hunt given that we had saucy spaghetti that in some way symbolized a bloody mess. The characters not caring that they were parted from their friends always stayed in role and it was my favorite aspect since it played a huge part in keeping the mood of the novel. Regardless of it just being an act, I love how wary the seating chart was made to keep conflicts between guest.

As a participant in Bella's Birthday Bash, I attended the celebration as a caterer, and provided "Human Fingers" (pastelitos de guayava)! In terms of the party, my thoughts of chagrin towards the party was suddenly reversed completely! All of my optimistic classmates stuffed their faces with food, including me, and we all had true gratification as we all conversed cherished every moment that all of us friends spent together. Not to be forgotten, Those rounds of Bingo that were played were electrifying because all I wanted was a smile across from my face, traveling from ear to ear, and to hear myself chant, "Bingo, Bingo!"All in all, it was a specacular party, and I'm confident that some of the people that couldn't get the taste of the "Human Fingers" on their tatsebuds, they would RUE that day!

My job in Bella's surprise bash was included in the Decorating Committee. My specific tasks were to purchase the table cloths, plates, napkins, and utensils. I also had the duty of assisting in the process of setting up the party. My favorite part of the event was watching the animated actors perform. They looked identical to the proposed characters and reciprocated their actions perfectly. It's as if they had centuries of practice! They did a marvelous job. Hopefully everyone had as much of a spectacular time as I did. (:
